Which designers do you carry?

We are proud to offer costumes from Egypt's most talented designers.  You can identify the designer by the stock number:

AN = Aida Nour

AZ = Aziz

HM = Hanan Mahmound

MM = Mamdouh Morise

Y = Yasser

Z = Ashraf Zezo

I don't have a PayPal account, so how should I order?

A PayPal account isn't necessary to place your order.  You will receive an invoice via e-mail, and you can click on the link to pay.

Can costumes be custom ordered?

At this time we are not offering custom orders on costumes.  Some of the skirts are made in-house and can be ordered, however. This will be noted in the skirt's description if it's available.

How are costumes measured?

Ribcage = the bottom band of the bra

Upper hip = the top of the belt

Lower hip = the largest hip measurement.  It's usually about four inches below the Upper Hip

Length = from the top of where you'd wear your skirt to where you want it to fall

Inside/outside vertical/horizontal = cup measurement to help gauge size.  Vertical measurements are taken with the tape measure perpendicular to the bottom band, and horizontal measurements are taken parallel to the bottom band.  Measurements are taken through the deepest part of the cup.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but shipping rates will be calculated manually.  We reserve the right to deny shipping to some foreign addresses.  All customs charges are the customer's responsibility.

Can items be returned?

Yes, with some limitations.  Music and video will only be refunded if returned unopened or are defective.  Exchanges on opened merchandise will be for same title only.  Costumes must be returned within 10 days and unworn.  When making a return, please include a copy of your invoice, why you are returning the item, and the desired outcome (return or exchange).  Refunds will be made for product cost only, and shipping charges to return merchandise are the responsibility of the consumer.

You have several currencies on your site.  How should I pay?

The currency calculator is a tool for you to convert the site's prices to your local currency.  All payments must be made in US Dollars.

Is the shipping amount really correct?

Maybe.  We are currently working on the shipping calculations, but rest assured that you will receive a discount on multiples ordered.  You will never pay more for shipping than you are quoted, and it's quite possible you will pay less.
