Refund policy

Items purchased from Neenee's Imports are returnable within two weeks of receipt.  Please contact us via phone or email to get a return authorization number.  Refunds will be processed within two days of the returned item's arrival.  Return postage is at your expense, and refunds are limited to the cost of merchandise only.

CDs and DVDs will only be accepted for return if they are unopened.  Once open we will exchange for the same title and only if it is defective.

Costumes must be returned unused and unworn to be eligible for refund or exchange.  If we suspect the costume has been worn, we will return it to you.  Costumes must be free from stains and odors.  Please make sure you are not wearing perfume or scented lotion when you try them on.  Costumes that are stained or have makeup smudges, deodorant smears, excessive pet hair, snags or tears will be sent back to you without refund.  Costumes that have been altered may not be refunded or exchanged.

Please carefully package all returns, as items damaged in transit will not be refunded.

Custom orders are not refundable if they match the measurements you provided.

We suggest that returns have a tracking number and/or are insured, as we are not liable for lost packages.

Wholesale items may only be returned if they are defective.
