Shipping policy

Retail orders delivered in the contiguous United States are eligible for free shipping. 

Every effort will be made to ship your order by the next business day.  Please note that if we are away vending at an event this might not happen.  If you must have an item by a certain date please check with us before ordering to ensure timely delivery.

International orders may be subject to import taxes or tariffs.  These are the buyer's responsibility.  Please do not ask us to adjust the declared value as a means to avoid these fees.

Orders shipped within the United States will be shipped via USPS or UPS, and you will be emailed with a tracking number.  Neenee's is not liable for missing packages, but please contact us if you need additional information for your filing.

We reserve the right not to ship to some countries.
